Youth Group Meeting: The first gathering of the year for the Psalm 98 Youth “Group will take place at 6:00pm to 8:00pm, on Sunday, Sept. 23/2007, in the church hall. All youth (grades 10-12) are invited to attend. See you there. Mary MacDonald.

Ark of the New Covenant: The Ark of the New Covenant is a symbol for the International Eucharistic Congress to be held in Quebec City in June 2008. It is a symbol that links the Covenant that God made with Moses and the People of Israel and the New Covenant made through Jesus Christ and sealed with his crucifixion and resurrection.

Latin American Mission Program (LAMP)
LAMP was founded in 1967 in response to the call of Vatican II for the Church of the North to share personnel and other resources with countries of the South, especially with Latin America.
Since that time, 21 missionaries from PEI have worked in the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua,St. Vincent and the Grenadines.  LAMP recognizes that sharing life with the dispossessed in the South prepares us for solidarity work in our own country and helps us live our Christian vocation of building a just society.
Diocesan Youth Committee
The Diocesan Youth Committee was formed in 1998 as a response of the pastoral planning
process which set Youth Ministry as one of the priorities for the Diocese. The goals of Youth
Ministry are to foster, facilitate and empower young people; through their faith; in their personal, spiritual, community and global growth.
